Meet Our Coaches
"Ruth's coaching has brought me so much good. By asking deeper questions, the mind starts to release better thoughts, insights, answers and decisions. I have also learned to slow down but that does not mean that I am giving up. On the contrary, I have started to find a balance in doing. I have started to systematically bring new ways and ideas of working and new ways of thinking in my life. I have a more concrete structure in my work and personal life. I saw the actions that needed more emphasis and balance. My prioritizing skills have improved a lot."

Caroline has been a Supply Chain leader with over 30 years in Supply Chain Management (SCM) delivering large fast-track projects with global companies in Oil and Gas, mining, and construction materials. She has worked for BHP, Technip, McDermott, Subsea 7, FMG, CSR, Rinker (now LafargeHolcim) on Client projects for Woodside, BP, Shell, Chevron, Conoco-Phillips, Cooper Energy and FMG. Caroline has spent 18 years in projects. She has worked in Bahrain, Houston, Singapore, and Perth managing global supply chain teams. Her assignments came from prior clients who sought her out to deliver positive project outcomes on fast-track projects. Her ability to lead a team to get things done effectively and energetically allowed her to work with diverse teams from IT to construction projects. Her expertise is in turning around dysfunctional teams to ones that work effectively and creatively to find solutions and make change happen. During her work on various projects, she discovered her true passion and skill was being able to shift energy from within a team leading to better outcomes. Seeking to understand what causes dysfunction and how energy works to create future leadership led her to become a Master Practitioner and Coach with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in 2019, a programme rated in the top five by Forbes. She went on to get her Associate Certified Coach accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Caroline’s coaching approach is grounded in the philosophy that behaviour can be learned. The energy leadership framework creates a common language that addresses thoughts, feelings, and actions. This enables a shift from ego and fear-based thinking to conscious decisions that reframes what is possible. Her focus is on enabling clients to examine their vulnerabilities and connect with their strengths to show up as the best expression of themselves, as people and leaders. She is also a strong advocate of peer and leader coaching to embed the learning, long after she has finished working with the individual or the team.
