Before purchasing a package, feel free to reach out with questions on the contact form

If all ok, please go ahead to purchase package and set up first meeting

In first meeting, agree on objectives for the coaching - what do you want to be different for you or your stakeholders by the time the coaching is completed

Discuss and complete a baseline assessment that is suited to coaching objectives

Meet on a fortnightly or monthly basis, online or in person depending on locations for both you and the coach

At each coaching meeting, you and the coach review the actions from the previous meeting. You then bring a topic that you'd like to have some coaching on. The coach uses questions and observations to highlight different perspectives in yourself and in others. If appropriate, the coach provides information on useful tools or techniques. The meeting ends with actions or reflections that you choose to do.

On a semi-regular basis, you and the coach reflect on progress against objectives
