Who's involved

Executive coaching can involve either two or three parties, both of which are included in this offer.
The Premium Package for Individuals features the leader and the coach, with the leader guiding the coaching direction. No information is disclosed to the organization, even if it is funding the coaching.
The Executive Agility Package for Organizations includes the leader, the coach, and an organizational sponsor or HR representative. Input from the sponsor is essential before coaching begins. Following best practice, the leader determines specific coaching objectives while considering feedback from sponsors and potentially key stakeholders. Initial and mid-way meetings are held with the sponsor to set direction and discuss progress, with confidentiality boundaries clearly established in advance.
